– Women with a diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
– 18-30 years old
– Overweight-obese (BMI>25)
x Exclusion Criteria: Pregnancy, lactating, taking oral contraceptives, or medication that influences metabolism (e.g. statins)
