What I like to do outside of the lab?: I love being in the ceramics studio and throwing on the pottery wheel, reading books, nurturing and propagating my house plants, and going camping and hiking.

Research Focus: Nutritional interventions for reducing CVD risk in youth with obesity.

What I like to do outside of the lab?: I enjoy exploring different styles of instrumental music and enjoy learning new pieces on the piano. When I'm outdoors, I enjoy skiing, hiking, and wildlife photography — even if it's just photos of the neighbourhood cats!
